I have two small pork butts in the smoker with quite some time to go.

   
They have been rubbed with mustard and Jeff's rub. I'm going to make some pulled pork.

I had them in for about 7.5 hours @240, they were foiled for a couple of those hours.
 
Gonna put mine on tomorrow. What was the weight for the 7.5 hr cook and what IT was it when u pulled it off?

They were 4.14 and 3.69 lbs. I took them to 207 degrees
