Looking good HC and Happy New Year! I put a butt on late this afternoon (doing the low and slow) for tomorrow. I have the canopy and tarps up because of the heavy rain. It's supposed to get very windy until 07:00 tomorrow.

Great Start HC !!
Pork & Kraut here today too, but not smoked.
New Year's Day is one day a year Mrs Bear has to have her Crockpot doing Dinner. (No Smoke!!!)
Boneless Shoulder went in at 9 AM, Kraut gets added @ Noon. Eating at 4 PM.

I usually smoke my PP with cherry,comes out pretty smooth.

I was just going to bed @4:30 in the a.m., it's hell being a 56 year old teenager....again:D
I usually pop right out of bed,but I sure couldn't get moving.
You should have put a pot of coffee on for me. :D

No shine Warren. I Just don't handle only 4 hours sleep like I use to.
A friend of mine made 3 55 gal barrels of Kraut and it come out pretty good.
