Slinky here, doing a butt today. Rubbed it with mustard and famous daves, and put it on at 225 for 5 hours. It was at 160 when I placed it in foil pan and covered it. Before covering I threw a mix of Apple juice,water,cider vinegar, mustard,a dash of rub, and a bit of mollassass and brown sugar and mopped it good. Also put a little of the mix in bottom of pan. Starting to smell real good
 
It's done and resting in cooler already, I will snap a pic before I shred it. Wow, I can't believe how much faster it cooked by wrapping it! 6.7 pound butt went to 203 in seven and half hours at 225 setting. First one I did, I didn't wrap and it took 11 hours to get an 8.9 pounder to 195 and I never could get over the 200 mark.Lol
