Pork butt

I'm a newbie to smoking with only 2 prior smokes to my credit. My mother in law bought two 5lb pork butts for me to smoke, one for us and one for her. I only got 2 pics both after they were done. But rubbed a day prior with a buddy of mines competition rub. Smokes with pecan wood @250 for about 7 hours. Pulled at 200.
