Started a Butt around 5 am, smoker was at 230. Ran to the store around 6:30 when I can come home the smoker was at 175.
Threw the butt in oven while I figured out the auger jammed, once fixed back on the smoker.
I’ve never had a temperature issue, just making sure the meat is still ok since the temp dropped in the first few hours of the cook.
