7.6# butt lathered in mustard and covered in Als rub. Got the Lang to 280 and got to smokin. Hickory and cherry mixi F8B7D500-7ADD-49A5-AF1A-965EF8419753.jpeg 4A2D785F-0C24-4095-98BC-435E90F9E740.jpeg 75E4BD1F-4202-4F09-A54F-100C1AB5F63E.jpeg on th grill, spritzed every hour with martinellis A064AF24-4C8F-4849-AD24-25A371DB38B4.jpeg pulled at 203, bone was already falling out 5358DC43-4697-4B4C-9A4F-D492EF7D71ED.jpeg bark turned out nice 665B62EF-6E04-4BED-A653-348614C95460.jpeg pulled super easy and the fat rendered awesome. Hardly any to pick out of the meat. Sons plate F2EAFE56-84B9-423C-A8D8-AD6D18F87B55.jpeg my plate D346B4BA-E1AA-423A-ACEA-03AB74C08FED.jpeg This was my first pork butt and I am a fan. Gonna do enchiladas with the left overs. Thanks for lookin. Any critiques are greatly appreciated.

nothing to the big batch but put what we were gonna eat tonight in a bowl and mixed in some bbq sauce.

Thanks Al, when I reheat it Im gonna using that finishing sauce you recommended. I was able to find that Tony Checheres seasoning at Wal Mart
