Just finished my uds and did a pork butt potatoes for mashed potatoes and corn on the cob.
pork butt rubbed with billbo's world famous dry rub.
in the smoker five hours.
Pork butt coming off potatoes are going on couple hours before we eat.
I didn't get any more pics after that got too excited i can say all the food was great.
