Busy day today so I said why not....throw a pork but in the MES!

Wow, that's one clean smoker! Either its new or you are a VERY clean person.
 
Very nice! I want to do one now.
How long did it take,and what temp?
I set it for 240 Degrees and smoked it for about 6 hours. Then wrapped it. It came to about 204 Degrees IT in about 4 more hours, so 10 hours all together.
