My uncle wanted some pulled pork, so we are going to smoke tis one tomorrow. I'll try and keep up with pics.

Going to use my MES30 with cherry wood.

Got it put on this morning at 5. I'm using Billbo's rub with cherry wood. Going to crank up the temp to 265-270 to get it done a little sooner.

I like Bilbo's rub on a butt. As time goes on I'm using cherry for just about everything. I think you're going to be really happy with that butt.
