Pork belly

Smoked a pork belly in the electric this afternoon. Did think of putting onto charcoal rig to finished but was starting to drizzle. My wife and I made a loaf of crusty bread to accompany the meal and we still had salad from yesterday's dinner. Next time gotta remember to use an apron when baking.!

THe bread bakes in a cast iron pan at 475F. Tasty but a little crispy as baked it too long.

My version of Crusty bread is so easy, and so good, for what it is! Not a lot of folks know about it I think.

Looks delicious to me! And who doesn't love fresh bread? My daughter has a Great Dane that would gladly clean your shirt lol.
