Happy Mother's Day to the mom's, step moms, foster mom's Aunts and Grammas and to the Dad's doing double duty

Ran a pork belly for 4 hours at 260F in my MES. I've run it a lower temp before & it just barely gets past 165. Was about 175 when I pulled it out. Made a bbQ sauce and smoked some potatoes.
