I'm smoking my first pork belly, ( can't believe it took me this long) anyone got any tips for time or anything

Did you cure this belly? Hot smoke or cold smoke?

For me, I rub with my favorite rub. Smoke it 'til it's done. No wrap. No spritz (unless I want to add another layer of flavor).

For slicing, I pull it off at 195° and rest for at least 30 minutes.
That's pretty close to what I'm doing now, im at about 183⁰ and I did wrap cause I added a couple things
