David, seriously I enjoy reading the post. I always find some nugget of knowledge from the longer post. Heck I'm still a noob at this cooking thing. Anything extra you put into a post is teachings to me.

Thanks Jim,

I am the same I love to see the process and also I take in everything that I can from the posts. I don't eat the same styles as some of the foods , but it is all knowledge for me. . Example : I don't eat lobster but I can cook up a pretty good meal with it . Because Mona says I can ...ha ha , she loves Lobster. And I don't like my meat rare, but I know a nice piece of cooked meat when I see it , and a pretty presentation.

Again thanks Jim

, I just try to show how I got to the finished product. Not always right or perfect. But that is the cook/smoke

Now the sandwich, it was great and full of flavor, I actually just finished off another one.
So now have to think of what is for supper, dam. Looks like maybe a can of soup or KD , lol

Holy cow David!! That looks absolutely amazing buddy. That's got to be one of the finest sandwiches I've ever seen...period. All the ingredients sound like they would mesh to create a flavor bomb. Excellent job!!

It had lots of combining flavors , from the sweet coconut bread to the Jalapeno jelly to the jerk mayo
and all the pickles and fresh Jalapeno's....💣💣
