Hi everyone
I have looked at everyone's posts for the last couple of years but decided I should share some of my cooks. So over the weekend I smoked pork belly burnt ends. I started with a 10.18# pork belly from Costco. I cut them into cubes and added home made rub and smoked on the WSM till they were 180. I put them in a pan with BBQ sauce and honey. They went back on the smoker till they hit 200. They turned out great. Also made some baked bean which were great.

Looks good. We’re you able to eat the beans with the pork belly? We usually eat most of the belly before it reaches the table.

Those look wonderful - Good Job.

Point for sure

Nice job. Shame you only made a serving for one! I would be face planted in those burnt ends.

Dang, I don't know what i'd eat more of, the belly or the beans. Both look great!

I went to a meat market and bought and entire Pork Belly. I was going to make a bit of bacon with some of it, but didn't know what to do with the rest. I guess I'm going to make some PBBE's!!!! They look fan-damned-tastic!!!!!
