Pork Belly Burnt Ends Poutine

Had my first experience with pork belly not too long ago, and I have to say...where has this been all my life! My first cook was burnt ends that eventually ended up as part of a poutine dish I did as a collaboration on YouTube. The second cook was also burnt ends that I took as an appetizer for my wife's work Christmas party. I got a lot of compliments on how good it was! Here's the video for the poutine! Thanks!
