Pork Belly Burnt Ends - It's Time Again

    Bringing a batch to the family Father's Day BBQ tomorrow. Got the prep done tonight. Really looks like a good belly - can't wait to see what the family thinks of them.

    On the pellet grill w/ smoke tube (applewood pellets) for 2 and a half hours...

    Averaging 180 degrees in them, so time for butter, honey, and brown sugar. Covered and back on for another couple hours.
