Awesome looking cook there guy. Have me thinking now might have to try one. What did you do for sides?

Thanks, How my little get togethers work is I provide the meat, and my friends bring the sides (and plenty of beer). There was german potato salad, a veggie tray, and chips and guac/salsa, and some take and bake rolls. But its a free for all once we get going haha so no nice pics of the spread. It's definitely worth it, makes for a special meal.

Once you get a video of the crunchy skin, people will be dying to come over.
