Popup roof for smoker rig?

I was wondering if you have seen a trailer rig that the roof drops to haul and cranks up to cook. Just an idea i want for my 250 gal smoker. Pics and info would help.

Funny I was looking to do the same thing.

I have considered using an Ez-up pop up tent and attach it to the trailer.
I have looked at aluminum frame and attach panels to it.

Just have not found a good idea. If you find one I would love to hear about it

on a teardrop trailer forums somewhere i saw plans from a person who made a teardrop that had a roof that went up and down at the camp site so there was more head room in the trailer. it was a pretty cool little set us and didnt look to difficult. i think there may be links and even people at www.camp-cook.com who know what im talking about and can steer you guys in the proper direction.

I was thinking maybe a square tubing within another and make a light roof to be able to make a winch system.
