Looks good! What was your process? Smoked or grillled? Temp?
GM GM They are smoked process well lot of baby sitting lol roller coaster temps starting at 225 to 275 start low and raise temp as needed but got to watch that dirty smoke

It's been a long time since I've made poppers! Then again I haven't been growing peppers like I used to either. Good looking eats you got there!
