I’ve been pairing long cooks with whatever playlist fits my mood, and picking up a few tricks from music lessons online has made it even more fun to mess around with rhythms while tending the smoker. It’s a chill way to keep my hands busy between spritzes and still feel like I’m learning something new.

Depends on my mood. Classic rock is always a favorite. Though old punk, pop, country rock, disco.....Did I just say that??
