I've had this Brisket in the marinade for two days now.

I was going to throw it on the smoke  on day three.

Can't do it so it's going to be in the marinade for three days and on the smoke on day four.

Do you think 3 day in the marinade is to long ?

Thanks.

Dan

I think so.  It will probably turn out a bit mushy and the flavors in your marinade will be overpowering.  You'll definitely want to pull this one -- it might not be too bad.

Look's like I'll be calling in sick then !

thanks a bunch !

Dan

I just had a thought , do you think I would be better off rinsing it off right now  ? dry'in it off and back to the frig until day four ?

With money so tight I hate to miss a days pay.

Thanks.
