I'm planning my first pork butt overnight smoke this Friday night in my masterbuilt. I'll be using my pellet maze as well as Auber to control temp- temps right now look like they will get down to right above freezing. Is there a cause for concern with such low temps?
The one thing that I can think of now is opening the chip tray to allow air into the smoker to keep pellets lit. For those that have done a similar smoke in the past, any tips?
