Cooked up a pizza we made on the grill.

We bought the dough but added veggies, cooked bacon and Italian sausage topped with oaxaca and cheddar.

Smoked in on indirect for 3/4 hour using hickory wood chips.

Yummy

Looks good. What kind of cheese did you use. I found out (for me at least) using freshly grated cheese, and letting that and the other toppings sit out at room temp for a little while tends to cook better. And a hot hot grill on top of that makes a huge difference. Where did you get the dough it looks pretty good

OAXACA is a Mexican String Cheese very close to the common Semi-Firm Mozzarella. It is drier than the Softer, Water Packed, Fresh Mozzarella...JJ

Very nice! Thanks for sharing and making me hungry :-) One of our favorite meals is pizza in the smoker....gives it that nice wood-fired tasted. Home made pizza is best of course, but even throwing a frozen pizza in the smoker takes it up a notch.
