Looks great Dan , nice to fill up the smoker , and why not if you have the space and the heat is rolling.

Love your Pizza Fattie. Nice weave job also

Love making fatties, I shoud bring it back closer to the top of the list.

I've made my share of fatties over the years, but never thought about using Italian sausage and going pizza style! This is a great idea.
I tried one of those chubs a couple of months ago to use in a Chicago Deep Dish but it just didn't crumble well. Too sticky. It dawned on me that it would be perfect for a fatty and the squeaky wheels started turning in my head....

This must have been the thread that made me do it. It’s been forever since I did a fatty.
Hope you don’t mind me throwing my fattie into your thread, you were the inspiration.
Breakfast sausage, ground beef, gochujang, pepperoni, shredded cheddar, blocks of white cheddar, bbq rub inside, different bbq rub outside on the bacon weave. Spicy, greasy, salty… everything you could want.

I don't mind one bit! I like seeing my threads expand a bit.
That looks and sounds really good!
