New to the forum and looking for some advice! I've been thinking about replacing my worn out gas grill with a pellet grill. Leaning toward the Pit Boss Sportsman 1100 at Menards. Figured it would be a good first pellet grill.

Looking for input good or bad on this grill and Pit Boss as a company as far as customer service after the sale. Thank you for the help!!

Welcome Home, thats a upgraded version of what i have and it has been working great for 3.5 years, had a couple of the plugin probes get out of calibration and they replaced those without any problems, they have a 5 year warranty or did that started after I bought mine, I will buy another 1 if this 1 ever wears out

Went and looked at it almost 600 more “ of grate space at a great price imo

I have a pitboss 1000, runs well, had a problem when I first bought it, they sent me a new board after a few questions. So customer service was good to me. The only way I get that bbq. Grill flavor though is to use bbq. Flavored pellets. Might what to look into a smoke tube also for extra smoke. Just my opinion

Got a Pit Boss 1000SC from Menards three or so years ago. I love it. Customer service has been very good the few times ive contacted them.
