If you didnt have any kind of outdoor methods to cook it looks like a good value.as any thing else a multi tool wont be as good as a dedicated 1,never seen a review on it but have been seeing them for about a year now at stores
After looking at it, it is very similar to my current setup. Char-griller 5072 dual purpose. I like mine, it just has to be babysat when smoking on it. But, other than that, I have turned some good meats on it.
In the end though, dedicated tools work the best.
Would you use an adjustable wrench as a hammer just because it has flat surface for striking? Of course you would. But, would it work as well as a 32 oz Estwing framibg hammer? No.
It gets pretty good reviews from the few sites I checked. I would not have any issue with the quality of a PitBoss grill for the low price point. As others have pointed out, it can do many things well but not as good as dedicated tools. If I were living in an apartment or somewhere with limited outdoor space to host my cooker, I would definitely look at this seriously.
