Pink Salt

I am quite new to "smoking" but have gained some very good knowledge from this site. I am really into food safety, smoked, grilled or any way of cooking. For the folks that may be even newer then me, Himalayan Pink Salt is not a curing salt. I see all the time at the big box stores.
