pineapple on the chicken

I like lay pineapples slice on any chicken or pork that I smoke really gives a little different taste that I love.

Good point!! Many spritz with pineapple juice as well.

You wanna be careful with pineapple, papya and some other fruits, as they contain enzymes that can reduce a hunk of meat to mush over a long haul cook. Good flavor tho.
