Been a while for some good simple tacos!
Got the garden tilled.... finally! A little late this year but it will be fine. Ive had a lot going on and its just one of those things that got put on the back burner. This is the first year I'm really happy with the soil. Been improving year after year!
Anyway, after getting that done it was time for taco Tuesday and it was delicious! Grilled pinapple and pork chorizo. Corn tortillas. Topings included ... Onions, avacado, mango hot sauce and cilantro! Yum.!! One of my favorite ways to make tacos!

Tacos look great Travis! Nice! Glad to see the garden going. We started early this year for once. Got some tomatoes and green beans coming in nicely.

Sign me up for that plate Travis, looks delicious, Like! No victory garden for us anymore, the only thing that doesn't die fast here is cactus. RAY

Thanks guys! Tacos were great! I was thinking about not even doing the garden this year.....but then I though about how good it is for the boys...they need that kind of structure. And they enjoy beeing outside playing in the dirt!

The taco’s look delicious!
I wish I had a garden that big!
Al
Thanks Al! If i remember right this garden is 35'×50'. Not huge but big enough for now. When the boys get older I'll probably make it bigger. Lots of clay so adding things in over the years has helped a ton!
