Evening smokers. Not much to say here. Had pulled pork left over from Sunday and potatoes I bought from sams that obviously came from Chernobyl. So rubbed up the taters with olive oil, kosher salt and coarse black pepper. Into the oven at 400. When done cut, added garlic butter, sour cream, fried onions, jalapenos, habanero cheese and a ton of pulled pork. Just an idea for people looking to get rid of some pulled pork. Had nachos last night

Those are definitely some nuclear enhanced taters!! That mix you stuffed them with is money. Very nice Jake.

Now that is a loaded baked tater! Looks good Jake. Actually looks awesome, and I just ate but could go from comfortable to miserable full with some of that

How did you just know I just smoked a butt a few days ago and was looking for a new ways to eat it?! This will be dinner one day this week. Excellent.
 
Looks tasty jake ! Those sams potatoes are massive ! We also did the nachos last night with leftover pork.

TNJAKE TNJAKE yeah I think that tater got a double dose of fertilizer on the farm. Thinking a loaded tater tonight for supper. Thanks for the reminder of what I got in the fridge and what to do with it!
