Looking awesome! Meadow Creek builds some nice units. I'd snap up one of their chicken cookers I ever saw a great deal.

That Meadow Creek is so simple. $40 / day rental. Takes a while to get the coals rolling.

That looks pretty darned sweet to these old eyes! I had a MeadowCreek SQ36 for a few years, a really sweet unit. Too hot to tend the fire in AZ, and wood cost was a joke, sold the offset last year. RAY
