3 jars pickled Kielbasa.

60/40 white vinegar/water

Mustard Seed
Black Peppercorns
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Minced Garlic

Never heard of it, odd but interesting. Does the sausage need to be cured? Does it sit on the counter like pickles can or does it need to be refrigerated? There’s no way to describe it or compare it to anything is there?

Pickled Sausage is very common!

Theses are fully cooked fresh sausage. They must be refrigerated
 
Nice! Pickled a TON of stuff this past winter and got a feel for it. I used a bunch of things but yeah, kielbasa, brats, etc. @bill ace 350 BEAT ME TO IT! I think I prefer the emulsified stuff. IE hot dogs/red hots/etc. I generally hate adding sugar to stuff but found it really helped with these for some reason.
