I was asked to report back on this so here it is. Brined in pickle brine with a little salt added for 6 hours. Air dried for a couple hours in fridge. Seasoned with Lemon Pepper.

Grilling Chicken on my Char-Griller is a pleasure.

Chicken was really juicy and good. Skin was perfectly crispy. Could taste the pickle a little.

I must have done it wrong, mine tasted like pickles way too much.

Never though of using pickle juice for brining.
I save mine for when I make rye bread.

Nice meal
A lot less $ than the commercial joints that their secret recipe is a pickle juice brine.
