I normally bank pickle juice since I use it on several kinds of pickled veggies, and as a component in my beef spray..... but when I run low I will steal a little from more than one jar and mix-and-match. A little jalapeno goes a long way in the flavor department.

I use this stuff (and for a lot of my pickling needs, too). I don't know who the bulk supplier is, but there's brands with about the exact same label all over the country.

I have two markets that have the same products, with their "brand" printed on. I haven't seen either of these though. I really like their Prime Rib seasoning and the Olde Canadian Chicken Rub. The other chicken choices are a little heavy on the salt.

Looks tasty! Totally trying this pickle brine soon. Very good points on how long since the brine is quite acidic. Another part is salt/sodium content. The pickles we get are 290mg sodium so brine is approx 2.59% salt if I ran that right. Timing brines is not easy for me. Seems like a dilution might be in order for both acidity and salt at longer brine times. Maybe 50:50.
Thanks zwiller! I think diluting the brine would work well for over night brines.. I'll keep that in mind
Looks delicious Travis and glad to see ya again. Love me a pickle brine. I go 2-4hr. Never longer than 4. We had pickle brined bacon wrapped breasts last night. I also do some ribs that get jalapeno juice and peach juice in the wrap step. They are deliciousView attachment 506864
Thanks Jake! I'll have to try the jalapeno peach combo on some ribs! That sounds fantastic!!

I have several half jars of different things in the fridge. Might just try a cocktail!

Thanks JJ! Both those boys really enjoy cooking.....or maybe just eating 🤔.... Either way.... If they know how to cook and keep those good looks they will have every girl knocking at the door!!!
Nice looking wings, I have used my B + B juice for mixing with different things, salad dressing , in hamburger mix for burgers , never any other pickle juice though

David
B+B ??? Bread and butter??? I have a bunch of bread and butter pickled jalapenos that I canned ... That would be awesome on some wings!

The B&B jalapenos are really good. This might sound weird but I chop them and put in tuna salad.

It's pretty good IMO. Not too overly salty- I've used it as a rub (heavily) on cured ribs and while salty were very much still edible.

Some of my other favorites-
Jalapeno powder
Thai Green Curry Powder
White Pepper (sadly i think may be discontinued)
Lavender Herbs de Provence
STL style BBQ rub
Creole & Cajun seasoning

I add hot pepper brine to my pulled pork and will be trying pickle brine in snack sticks this fall

Really a fine looking plate Travis, nice work! Never tried pickle juice, just might have to give it a shot. RAY
