Picked up my new to me 270 smoker today

Pretty excited to get this thing loaded up with meat. Will have to be next weekend. I plan on this being my go to moving forward instead of my old trusty MES40. Drove about 8 hour round trip to pick her up and got a really great deal.

Anyone who has one already I would love to hear your experiences and advice. Looking forward to nice long overnight smokes while I sleep LOL. Currently do not plan on adding a temp control unit as I hear these run nice and stable without for about 12 hours.

Looks great! Lots of racks and room. I’d love to try to make jerky with that set up
