Photo resizer?

Does anyone have a link to a free one? Lost my old one when I restored the 'puter. I have some great Qview I'd like to share but they are too big to attach.

I use Irfanview.exe, available from their site http://www.irfanview.com or also on Cnet or many other popular download sites. You can resize easily, sharpen, crop, etc. It's free and not crippled.

I have used irfanview for 4 years, allows you to manage and manipulate your photos without logging in to your photobucket account. Really neat tools included and it's free.

Should have mentioned in the previous post that your camera probably has various picture size settings built in. If I intend to post the pics I often resize before I take them.

TinyPic will resize them when you upload them

We are working on this right now.. the ability to upload pictures and have them automatically resize to something manageable by the forum.

I think it will also make them into smaller thumbnails in the post with the ability to click on them to see the full size.

This would eliminate the necessity of sites like image shack and photo bucket. You could still use these sites but you would not have to.

Brian can probably shed more light on this for us..
