Ordered Philly cheesesteak seasoning from mossy (Owens bbq) didn’t have casings so patties it is. First try spicy mustard,onion,and smoked pepper jack cheese ,homemade sauerkraut very good but kind of hide the flavor of the brat. Second just mustard,onion,and cheese. Third after I get done typing this just onion and mustard the wife and kids loved the flavor. The only complaint if you call it that reading the destructions I had to break down the 12.5# recipe for 2.1 # batch I decided on 39g for the batch. Ordered Bloody Mary snack stick seasoning at the same time but those have to wait for the weekend. All in all shipping was fast product was great give Owens BBQ products a try
