Hi...this is Jonathan from the Philly area.

Been a year-around griller of marginal skill for a long time and a newbie smoker for the past year.

Have smoked a bunch of ribs and chickens over the year and have been successful...the first smoke I ever did was last year's thanksgiving turkey which gave me a false sense of smoking confidence. I grill on a weekly basis.

I use a late model Weber Genesis for grilling and a Masterbuilt 30" electric for smoking.

I definitely think I'm better than I probably am but my family devours it all anyway.
