This sounds like a great thing to try. Was wondering what you others thought was the best premix to make some of these up. Thanks in advance.

B, I haven't tried this mix BUT I have never had a bad premix from P&S Seasonings.

I used Owens when I made mine . I made patties and brats . They were good .

Seems to me that most folks like Owens mixes. I have used a couple of their jerky mixes & they were spot on. I have Not used their sausage mixes, because I have a whole pantry full of TSM mixes. But if I ever run out I will give Owens a shot!

I’ve had great luck with Curleys Saussge Kitchen. Not sure if they have philly brats, but all of the other seasonings I’ve gotten there are awesome

I used all pork . Ground pork butt . It was popular with some of the others so I tried it . Got a couple butts thawing now , think I'll make some burger patties with it .
