JonnySax - I actually had the enclosure just laying around from a centrifugal fan that we sell.  It's a good thing that is was free because they are worth about 200 bucks a piece new!!  I cut the the front out and added the tinted glass  and I also added the hinged Plexiglas inside!!

Free is always the best!  I got a small enclosure left over from a broken unit at work also.  Its not sealed like yours is, eventually I will want to upgrade to an enclosure like you have.  I'm slowly but surely gathering all the stuff i need to do a build. thanks!

Just wanted to let you know that this thing is RIDICULOUS!!! So awesome, nice idea with the steel box!
