First off, a tip of the cap and shout out to our first responders… those guys/gals are amazing! It’s hot here, and they are the brave ones to battle the wildfires! We made a donation yesterday to help them stay hydrated and fed! I’d encourage you to reach out and make sure your first responders are taken care of… be it wildfires or just in general. They are there in our time of need… let’s have their backs when they need it!

So, these Party Ribs are becoming a fam fav… they are delicious as the rub is on the entire rib… and the cook time is quick compared to a traditional cook on a rack of spares. Not going to do a long post… used the W sauce as a binder… and a combo of some fav rubs and some charcoal I am really impressed with. I will now let the pics do the talking….

The Performer is awesome and holds rock solid steady temp wise! And the wood chunks are pear. Made a nice mild flavor smoke wise!

And the finish… took to toothpick probe tender… nice bite off the bone and flavor was really good!

Being lower carb now… I just had ribs… the fam had some sides with them.

And as my ol friend Foam (RIP) would say… We even used the fine China!

Thanks for looking all!

Great looking eats there Justin! Great job!

I've done racks of ribs fairly often, but never party style.

Thanks Mike, much appreciated! They are pretty tasty and take a lot less time! Give them a try the next time you do some ribs. One thing that I will say is in cutting them up… much easier when partially frozen. Thanks again, let me know if you try them and your thoughts.

Good looking ribs! Love that W Sauce. If I use a binder, that's my go to. Great mixed with ketchup, mayo, and mustard for a burger sauce.

Looks delicious Justin! Hard to beat ribs done this way!
