lot better than the Colts right now. Time for some foil. Yes I have been watching a lot of the pitmasters shows recently, trying a Johny Trigg trick with the butter and brown sugar.

I put butter, brown sugar, and honey in my last batch of pork spare ribs and they turned out great!  Looking forward to hearing and seeing how yours turned out.
