Well since I'm new here, what is the difference between the Pellet Smokers and Everything Else that is used for Smoking Food.   While I have a Stainless Steel ECB, I will be upgrading one day.

I recommend checking out the internet and looking at the pellet poopers you are interested in as well as other fuels such as electric, propane, stick, and charcoal fired cookers.  One advantage the pellet pooper mfrs claim is that the pellets are a cheaper and healthier way to cook.  I prefer lump charcoal.  Some sites to ck: Traeger, Masterbuilt, Yoder, Weber, etc.  Good Luck.
