Well, the pellet poopers have grown up.
Nice that you can use heat grade pellets.

I know people that use a wood fired boiler to heat their hot tubs.
 
Hmm. I guess it like anything else, depends on the local availability and cost of wood vs pellet in ones particular area. I could see the pellet burner being much more cost efficient in urban environments or other situations where coming by cut hardwood is a challenge.

I think it's a great idea for the right people. I'd be curious to see it's cost per hr vs other types of energy like NG, or LP, etc.
 
The only problem I see with it is it doesn't have very many jets & my hot tub probably costs about $20 a month to keep ready all the time. It is electric, and it has about 30 jets.
It is small only 210 gallons, but plenty of space for Judy & I! Two big lounge chairs with about 12-14 jets in each seat. It also has magnets in the one seat for your back!
