Pellet grill

Hi guys,
I'm fixing to get a pellet grill. My main question is can I get a thick black bark on a brisket like I can on a manual smoker?

Hi Mike.... I will try to send pix.  I have a Rec Tec pellet smoker and have never had a problem with getting good bark on brisket/butt/shoulder.  It has always done the job for me.

This is a bit darker than I usually like, but easy to achieve if that's what you want.

Yes you can... as with other types of smokers, not all are the same, so some homework is needed.
