Peanuts in your coke, who remembers?

I'm 47. I liked Coke in the glass bottle. My brother and cousin liked RC cola with the sleeve of salted peanuts in it.

I also did the RC cola and it was wonderful with peanuts but it was so much better ice cold in those thick glass bottles!

Coke at the soda fountain with cherry syrup. THEN add the peanuts. Treat with a capital T!!!! (Am I dating myself?)

Yup. Remember it well. Never got the taste for it though. Loved RC back in the day.

Dropped many a peanut trying to load the bottle, always a fight trying to get the right amount drank so I could fill it up, also hot sauce pack was included in the pig skin bags lol.

Takes me back to the old barber shop that my grandad, my dad, and myself used to go to. He had an old Coke vending machine with glass bottles. I am pretty sure that is the first time I remember putting peanuts in a bottle! Oh yeah, I'm 43!
