Oh man that takes me back. 2nd house had an overgrown peach tree... Wood was great to smoke with but I had no idea what I was doing back then LOL Made some KILLER brandied peaches tho.
I did a 3-day bacon cold smoke with peach wood once. Taste was fantastic, but so light that it probably could've gone for another 2 days.
