Peaches have been ready to harvest now for a couple weeks here in Arkansas. Wife picked up a bunch of “seconds” to make peach fruit leather and peach jam!

Recipe is from the book “Ball-Complete Book of Home Preserving”

Nice work on the jam. I sometimes use peach or apricot to make a glaze for pork. It’s good stuff.

Heck Yeah, Justin! Just had a bushel of them given to us and I have been on peach overload, but they sure are good.

A little trivia about peaches. There is only one place in the USA that grows and harvests more peaches than one county, Edgefield County, here in SC. California by a lot...
