I found mine at Walmart. The pineapple preserves were tricky to find for me... had to drive 36 miles round trip and I bought both jars in stock at that other Walmart.
I chose a "Iowa" Chop for this experiment. It's a bone in thick cut chop.. I believe this one was 1 inch thick.
Make sure you make the sauce ahead of time.. it will not be finished before the Chop is done if you start them at the same time.
I made all the versions ahead of time and put it in a squeeze bottle then reheated it by putting it in a large plastic cup filled with super hot water.
