I haven't made porkchops in maybe 10 yrs. Kinda excited. Finding pineapple bourbon might be a little tricky and need to get online. But thanks again
I found mine at Walmart. The pineapple preserves were tricky to find for me... had to drive 36 miles round trip and I bought both jars in stock at that other Walmart.

I chose a "Iowa" Chop for this experiment. It's a bone in thick cut chop.. I believe this one was 1 inch thick.

I use my Meater Plus to monitor the IT.

Make sure you make the sauce ahead of time.. it will not be finished before the Chop is done if you start them at the same time.

I made all the versions ahead of time and put it in a squeeze bottle then reheated it by putting it in a large plastic cup filled with super hot water.
